The Team were reached out to by Danny Bennett, a Consultant at IT Works Health, to fill a gap that his counterpart at Populo had with Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust based out of Royal Preston in Preston, Lancashire. We were briefed that the Trust intended to roll out Office 365, TEAMS, SharePoint & Windows 10 and as such a Pilot was required.
Terms have been agreed and we are commencing work on the Pilot Programme immediately.
We will also be working with in-House resource and Contractor resource to deliver the following:
Capital Plan for 2020/21
DaaS (Device as a Service, aka PCaaS – PC as a Service) Implementation
Data Center consolidation
Data Center review
Fire Suppression and Water Ingress Review
Network Refresh
Telecoms Review
We will also be implementing PRINCE2 best practices and governance to create a formal Program Management Office (PMO) for the Trust.
